About the lab

     Our laboratory is dedicated to advancing cutting-edge research in two key areas: process development and material innovation. We leverage the globally acclaimed metal additive manufacturing (AM) technology to refine production processes for complex-shaped components, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in manufacturing. Additionally, we focus on pioneering next-generation materials, such as high-entropy non-equilibrium phase alloys, fostering an environment that nurtures creativity and problem-solving. Through these initiatives, we strive to contribute to the development of innovative technologies and materials that will shape the future.

     Moreover, our laboratory actively engages in international collaborative research, conducting studies in Japanese, Chinese, and English.
