On Thursday, August 8, 2024, the Co-Creation Institute for Advanced Materials joined the University's open day with our own exhibition booth. 

Our faculty members, who are part of the Graduate School of Natural Science and Technology, put together an awesome showcase.

We aimed it at high school students checking out the university, and also wanted to catch the eye of current undergraduates thinking about graduate school.

We made every effort possible to make our research easy to understand and more interesting. Our booth was decked out with eye-catching posters, and we even brought in some of our actual equipment for experiment to show off what we do in real life!

The high school students were full of great questions. They wanted to know how our research applies to everyday life and what inspired the faculty members to become researchers. It was a fantastic chance for them to dive deeper into what we do here at the Institute.
